stupid bugs!!!
does anybody else have a problem with bugs commin in the side window when it is down???
i had a june bug come in the other night and he made a mess. had another bug come in and hit my ear a couple weeks ago. im sick of this. anyhow, i was wonderin if those vent shades would do a fellow any good on this prob? thanks.

stupid bugs!!!
I had the same question on my 99 so I bought them to find out. I got tired of bees and wasps blowing in. The ventshades help a bit. I noticed I still get bug splatter on the side windows even with them on so they don't get deflected completely away. However I think it depends on whether you have the window all the way down. There are other benefits to having them though.

I think it is actually the mirrors deflecting the bugs in. Maybe switch to the small mirrors? The ventshades are stuck on above the mirrors. Maybe fabricate something between the mirror struts?
