The cross flow is the best idea. True duals run your exhaust as if it were coming from two 4 cylinder engines. The cross flow enriches the tone of your exhuast, and help keep the gas pressures equel so that your engine also runs like an 8 instead of two 4's. You dont need a true cross flow system. You can use a straight peice of pipe to connect your true duals. Try and connect the pipes as far back in the system as you can for a deeper tone. Although if you have money to burn, a true cross flow system does have its benefits.

Well, thats what I hear anyway, I make most this stuff up.

Just go with straight pipes from the manifolds back... put an h-pipe in there to balance out both banks. That'll be the loudest possible setup... unless you want to dump it just past the cab, then that'll be a bit louder.

Homerstud,

I suggest you restore your vehicle to original operating condition before I contact higher authorities. If you fail visual inspection you could face hefty fines and other penalties.

I suggest you read this article and others on the epa.gov site.

Further provocation will result in stiffer penalties.

I have contacted Mike Leavitt, 10th Administrator of the US EPA. Generally Mr. Leavitt is not as kind and forewarning as I am. He will see to it that your IP address is traced and your exact location identified. Sorry, but you are in a world of hurt openly posting about performing illegal actions. (This is all archived, so there is no chance erasing your online identity will protect you)

Remember, anything you say can and WILL be used against you in a court of law.

Don't you have to be arrested first for that line to take effect or has the EPA also gutted the Miranda Act. Please be careful threatening people with legal action from posting on a website. And yes,, you can trace my IP as well. I have nothing to hide. No, I don't have cats (that go on a vehicle, that is) and never will

hey you did not catch us in the act of driving a car or truck that is supposed to have cats but does not so you can't do anything. and also i said the car is not running so i did this while i have the motor out which has been over 1 month. i have not an the car without the cats yet and probably won't since i have no money. but yeah anyway you did not catch me driving it without cats.
