Magnaflow Installation Help

Please! Need help!! I have just received the 4" Magnaflow Turbo Back Exhaust system. Anyone that has installed this on a 2004 F-250 4x4 I would GREATLY Appreciate any feed back you can provide me. The installation instructions call for dropping the transmission crossmember, front shock, steering stab bracket, removing the tranny dipstick, and dropping the back of the tranny 8". WOW!! I thought I read other people installing this without doing all this. I have Sawzall in hand and I'll whack the existing downpipe out but will I need to still do all this to get the new downpipe in?? If I have to do all this I'll have to put it on the back burner until I get the torque value for all the stuff I have to take loose. Also how tight should I tighten the V-Band on the Turbo Downpipe?
