Help - clutch grabbing problem

I'm having problems with my clutch grabbing in my 1989 F150, Mazda 5-speed.

I had the clutch replaced after my slave cylinder went. It started grabbing about a day later. The shop put another one in for free, but after about a week, that clutch did the same thing. They put in another one for free and the problem seemed to be solved, but after about three months the same thing started happening.

I had the tranny rebuilt about three months ago, at which time I told the tranny guys to put in a new clutch while they were in there.

I thought the problem was finally solved, but now my clutch is grabbing again. I use the truck for snow plowing, but I did not have this problem at all until they put in that new slave cylinder and clutch.

Any ideas? I'm wondering if it could be my flywheel. It's been machined every time a new clutch went in. Could it be warping when it heats up? Or could it be a faulty slave cylinder?

I'd guess flywheel?! But then... If it was warped, i dont think it would grab right at all...

Probably slave cylinder or master cylinder then.
The piston in the master might not have been isntalled properly.

i'm guessing there not installing the clutch piston correctly. Cause it has to be really strait in there or else it wont wear properly, nor push the fluid correctly.

your haynes manual will tell you how to correctly do this.
