ZF shifter?

Wheres the best place to buy a shifter for a ZF 5-speed trans? I have the trans but the last piece I need is the shifter.

Probably a Ford dealer or a junkyard. There's no aftermarket source of which I am aware.

When I did my swap I found the only one in the junkyard (it was laying in the seat of another car). I wasn't really happy with the condition of the stick, but I soon found that I would have to make do with it. Couldn't come across any good sources for the shifter. Sorry.
