? door hinge removal and replacement

? door hinge removal and replacement
89 Ranger, passenger side door hinge, mechanism that holds the door open broke. If the door is supported, possible to remove and replace hinge without removing the door? Obviously remove the hinge to door bolts, then the hinge to body bolts, but there is one that is inaccessible, think it is just holding the door open mechanism to the hinge? Anyone know if the lower right hinge can be replaced without removing the door? Thanks.

sorry, never worked on any hinges newer than my 79, and the ones on it were a bear to get to, but I did it. You can go to pg 4, ( tip on hinge adjusting post) to read about my door hinges, may be some info there to help out, good luck
