I didn't know trucks could type!
I have heard that the Diablo chips are good.
Try the online store and check them out.
They are good people and all sales help keep this site running.
You also may get better info in the chip forum.

Hi Deckedout

I have a 02 150 4.6 FX4 for which I purchased a Microchips Tuner 1715.

It is a very easy to use tuner that does exactly what is says it will do. I have downloaded the performance program (10 Min) and it makes a big diffrence in the way the truck accelerates and drives. Shifting is nice and crisp far superior to the stock program. The truck is way more fun to drive with the program installed. I drove it like this for the summer and fall then brought it back to the 87 octane for the winter figuring to save some $ with winter warm ups etc. I drove it for a week it was awfull brought it right back to the 93 octane program.

One thing on gas milage do not expect any improvement You will see a good increrase highway if you keep your foot out of it but I have found that driving it for performance eats away at the milage. Iam probably only at 14/15 around town.

Jimmy did you really think the truck typed the message

I'm sure everyone has there own preferences.I got the Superchip's tuner, had no problem's installing the program's.They all pretty much do the same thing, except you can do a little more with the Superchip's and Diablo.

Hey, these trucks are pretty smart these days. You never know when a truck might impersonate a real person !!!

JET and Hypertech pretty much only work at wide open throttle. The Diablo works at all throttle levels thus giving you a better performance. That's what I own and I am NOT dissapointed. Good luck.
