EDIT: any ideas on what color I should paint them? (they come in raw steel, they have to be painted) I was thinking yellow to match my yellow smiley face painted on my rear diff

alright fellas....my shackle flip came in, so i will be putting them in tonight since I don't have class. I will take plenty of pics of the install including my ghetto fabbed stacked blocks . Talk to you guys tonight!
alright...i got my flip kit in...took about 3 hours (by myself)! I have tried it on the rocks and it flexes so much better! I used just the stock blocks under it but I am gonna put my 3" lift blocks cause i am still sitting a lil low in the rear. My digi-cam is dead so i have no camera right now, but i will get pics up ASAP!

PS i went with yellow so i didn't waste the rest of the can from when I painted a smiley on my rear diff cover
sorry guys ive been off for a while due to finals, but im back now. So they work great huh, do they sit verticaly when installed or at an angle. Looking forward to see em when ya got your cam up and livin again...no rush thou...anyways thanx for the info man
so, does it seem plauseable to just take the shackels from one side of the truck, flip them over, and put them on the other side, and bolt everything up, you shoudl get about 5 inches of lift out of it, plus a lot of flex. and all youll need it new bolts. what you all think??
