Which year to buy?
Howdy all, new member here. I've already learned alot about these trucks from reading these boards. Great stuff.
I'm wanting to buy a 99 to 02 F250/F350SD PSD, crew cab. This will be my first diesel.
My question is, which year is the best and why?
I have an F-150, 98, 5.4 and love it. I would just like to move up to make towing my 5er a bit easier. The truck is also my main ride for around town and to work.

Which year to buy?
well, my suggestion is the 2002, it has the Dana 60 front axle if 4x4, instead of the Dana 50, better headlamps both performance wise and looks, no coolant additive necessary, has all kinds of bugs worked out from previous models.
