Welcome to FTE. Look on the left inner fender, usually in a plastic housing marked EEC connecter, CLOSE TO THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER. Good luck.

The 95 port for the scanner us under the steering wheel behind a small removable plastic cover. It should be an obd II plug, however depending on the month your truck was made, the standard obd II may not work. Not sure the exact month, but I think anything built after July 95 is standard obd II. Anything before that is a "modified" (best word I can think of to describe it) system. My 95 Ranger is obd II, however, it was built in March, and most scanners will not read the codes. I finally found the Auto Xray 2000 will read the codes, but only in the "generic" mode. Let me know how it goes. It should work. If your truck is later than July, you will need to get the vin code (8th digit). It should be on the driver's door.
