No 4X4 when ingaged

No 4X4 when ingaged
It snowed pretty good here in Portland last week. So put my B-II in four wheel and had nothing out of the front end. It just makes a cluncking sound from the right side. It seems that the manual locking hub on the left side doesn't ingage. But the right one does. I took the hub apart. But there seems to be nothing wrong with it.
Any ideas?????

The front end on a BII is a open typ so the wheel with less traction will spin and the other will not .I'm not saying this is your problem but it does tell you why 1 wheel is pulling.MOST BII have open front and rear ends In 2wheel drive one wheel pulls.In 4 wheel drive 2 wheels pull{yea it s&$k}.Unless you have added some kind of locker.

After some investigation. I have determaned that I must have busted gear on the right side front end. If I engage the right hub. I get a bad clunking sound. So I have to find a break down of the front end to see if I want to do it myself. LOL

How could I tell if the hub is bad. I looked at it and it seemed to be fine. Maybe over looking something? I'll go borrow one from my cousin and see if that could be the trouble.
