Can anyone offer a web site to order a Chilton manual for a 99' PSD E350? I can't find one anywhere.

Before you buy such a book, you might consider your local library. I discovered by accident, that my library buys and maintains mitchell manuals, which are expensive as heck, but extremely complete, much better than haynes and chilton's. They wouldn't let me check them out, reference only, but $2 in the copier gave me the wiring diagrams I needed.

I did a quick google and noticed the E350 chiltons books seem to only go up to 96. While I'm sure engines haven't changed much you bet the wiring colors have

Yet another option, if you only need one or two pages, is to be nice to your dealer's service counter person. Sometimes with a little friendly chatter they'll be nice and look stuff up for you, and print it out so you can take it with you. I've gotten a lot of obscure data over the years (mostly wiring stuff) thats not quite right anywhere else that way.
