351M to 400 ?

351M to 400 ?
I'm down to the bare block of my 351M. The bearings are scored pretty bad. You can feel some roughness on the crankshaft. before I put new bearings in do I need to take the crank to a machine shop? Also besides the crank what will I have to change to make my 351M a 400? Thanks Unclejesse
