Since the CPS was changed midway through the '96 model year, here are the numbers for both CPS's.
Camshaft Position Sensor (CPS)
(Ford) F6TZ12K073A
(International) 1821720C99 (below engine 375548)
(International) 1825899C93 (above engine 375548)
Since yours is a '97, you'd want the one at the bottom of the list.
