Block heater theromstat?
Does the block heater have a thermostat?
I noticed when I plugged and unplugged it a few hours after shutdown there was no spark at the outlet. After a couple more hours I tried it again and there was a spark letting me know current was now flowing.
Thermostat or faulty heater?

Fuel filter?
[If you don't mind me asking, where do you get your fuel filters from for your PSD? And how much are they? I have a 2003 7.3 L PSD and it is about time to replace it for the second time. I lost the link to this place in Texas that was selling them for about $19.00 if I remember correctly. I paid $27.00 last time around.
