I'm gona put a light bar and 4 KC lights onto my 94. What is the best way to run the wires?

Depends on your installation skillls. If you are a pro...the drill hole thru roof and run the wires down thru the pillars. otherwise route em to go to a corner of the door frame then in, but then you may have an issue of pinched wires.

If I went thru the roof how could I do too seal it up? Thats the part I'm really stumped on.

There is a sealant that you can get from your local parts store. It comes in clear and white. Just remember to clean it up real good so you have a good seal without it looking like a big blob of s**t on the roof. And dont forget a rubber grommet to keep the wires from being cut by the edge of the metal.
