Question Loyalty Incentive?

Hey,

Is the loyalty incentive still available? I went into the dealer last week and I don't think we were on the same wavelength. He said that it was canceled by Ford and that it was only valid if you received a card in the mail. Is there some code I can give him look to up the program.

Reading here I saw that it required '97 or better in the family to qualify. My current truck is a '94 but my brothers all own late models. Would the be considered family for the purposes of this incentive?

Thanks.

The loyalty program WAS available to anyone that had a '97 or newer Ford product, and, AT THE TIME, it was the only rebate available on the new '04 F-150. Ford simply converted it into a "regular" rebate, so now everyone gets the grand, not just Ford owners. Ford did mail out some coupons, and they are honoring them (in addition to the regular rebate) on a case-by-case basis. If Ford says yes (we have to contact our regional office for approval), then the coupon holder gets BOTH rebates, or a total of $2,000.

Mark, in regards to the "case by case" basis of getting ford to approve the owner loyatly rebate of $1000 ( which i believe expired jan. 6) do you know of any certian requirements that gets the approval for these? I've got one of the cards and of course it said take delievery from dealer stock by 1-6-04, but my dealer nor any dealer within 300 miles had the exact truck i wanted so i ordered. However, through the past few years my family has purchased atleast 10 new ford vehicles from this one dealer. the reason i say family is bc the card does say that the offer is transferable to immediate family. Thanks for any advice you could give and sorry if I just confused you with the way i described my question

Your dealer is just going to have to put some pressure on their regional office. He'll have to explain that no truck was available so you had to order, you ordered it BEFORE the Jan. 6th deadline, you've bought a lot of ford trucks, etc... And offers like this are almost always transferrable to members within your household. As long as the address on their license or registration matches yours, they can use the rebate. Time for your dealer to "go to work" on his zone rep!

One BIG difference between the Loyalty rebate and the rebate for all buyers is that you could do the low interest financing with the loyalty rebate but you can't when taking the current 1K rebate. It was a good deal while it lasted.
