Oil on intake
My truck has a 4bbl holley 4160 carb on it and an edelbrock performer intkake. On the intake under the hose for the PCV there is motor oil. Why is this oil here and what could cause it? The PCV valve is good.

More than likely, the hose-end or the PCV itself is leaking a little oil, but there's 2 other things to check for. One is a plugged/ gunked-up hose or tube(the metal piece that comes out of the intake to the hose) and the other is a loose bolt on the intake manifold.
