460 crank capacity

hp/torque handling....will be building a drag car and using a 460, just need to know what kind of hp a stock crank will handle....will build accordingly, and when i am ready for more power (can afford it) i'll go on to a steel crank, but didn't want to build the first one too powerful for the stock crank...it is a 77 truck motor, so i think it has the truck rods too....not sure on that yet....

Around 800 HP, but that's with an early model Internal balance crank. Definately want a minimum of CJ/Truck rods, possibly Eagle H-Beams. Have the journals chamfered, and micropolished, and for a bit of extra power, and cool looks, polish the counterweights. Hope this helps.
