Setting the cumpas
OK, i installed an overhead console from a 98' Explorer in my 95' Bronco, everything works right accept the cumpas, i tried to set it but im not sure how and it asked me for some number, that i think was 1-12 and i have no idea what that means, i figured it was the zone of the country i live in, so if anybody had directions and maybe a tabe or something for what the number meant it would be greatly appreiciated. thanks

The zone setting for your city and state will be zone 9.
heres how you go about it
1.Press and hold the MODE control until VAR appears in the display, then release. The display should show the current zone number.
2. Press and hold the MODE control again until the desired zone number appears(which in your case will be zone 9) once you have your zone number, release MODE. The display will flash and then return to normal operation. The zone is now updated.

To calibrate your compass, follow these instructions:
You will need to be away from any steel structures and high voltage line to perform this operation.
Press and hold the MODE control until CAL appears in the display(approx 8 sec) and release
Drive the vehicle slowly (less than 5km/h [3 mph]) in circles until CAL indicator turns off in about 2-3 compleate circles.

Ohhh BTW, The site in the link is just to show the zones...dont follow the instructions on how to set the zones and such, cause those are for a compass set in a rear view mirror and for a Subaru.
