hazard flasher location

hazard flasher location
I'm trying to troubleshoot my 4 way hazard flasher. All lights work but the hazards.
Where is the 4 way flasher located? I found the turn signal flasher but can't find the one for the hazards.

the 4 way flasher is directly behind the turn-signal flasher (plugs into the side opposite of the turn-signal one). You have to unscrew the fuse box to get access to it. My guess it is missing altogether as it happened to mine for some reason. (some one probably stole it for the turn signals.
