I haven't tried revving that high yet. The limiter on my 02 sport trac was 3000 in park which wasn't hard to reach. Can the chip be reflashed to change the speed limiter on the 04's. I heard diablo was coming out with a hand held programmer for the 04's--Jack

The in gear and neutral/park limits are different.
I don't think i would be to happy going aganist a chevy and having my engine shut off at 3000 rpm.4000 rpm is where my truck starts to run strong.The trans.autoshifts at 5000 rpm.
You can't chip it.It needs the programer an none are available yet.
