HP rating

where can I find HP ratings for 302's? Does anybody have any websites I can check?

Chilton manuals usually have 'em. I have one for vans that shows the 302 for '83, if that's what you're after. It's 139 hp @ 3400 rpm and 250 ft. lb. of torque @ 2000 rpm. That's for a 2 bbl. carb. Might be different for your truck...

Actually I was looking for the HP rating on a 1972 van w/302 2-barrel. If you have that one, please let me know.

The horsepower for a 1972 ford 302 is 141 Bhp @ 4,000rpm and torque is 242 lbs./ft. @ 2,000rpm. These are net ratings that's why they look so low.
