Cant Get To Bulb

I have '92 F-150.Trying to change burnt out marker bulb on drivers side.Its the one on top beside the headlight.The only way to access it is thru small round hole.Its too small for a even a child to get his hand in to get out.Tried needle nose and its just too cramped.Does this plug twist out in case i do manage to get a handle on it?Any ideas appreciated.

I took out my battery and washer/coolant reservoir and gently used my long needle-nose pliers to swap them out. It didn't take very long at all, and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
