bleeding slave cylinder
have repaced all of the parts (thought that would be the hard part)
still cant get firm pedal and release bearing wont come off pressure plate
Sometimes it is easier to bench bleed the slave cyclinder before you install it and try to bleed then. Air pocket will form in the end and it is hard to get all air bled. Holding it at a angle with bleeder screw upward and pushing air out will cause the fluid to start at bottom and push air toward the valve. Good luck hope this was of some help. Welcome to FTE, a great site with lots of helpful answers, and great people.
Have you let the fluid get low in the resevoir? have you checked to see if the master is leaking. If you haven't replaced it yet then I bet that is where the trouble is at. Had same type situation as you when I did a clutch R&R a couple years back. When I just did mine due to other probs I had no problem bleeding the slave in.
If you change the master let me know and I will send a message on the easy way to bleed BEFORE you hook everything up IN the cab.
