94 ranger 4x4 4.0liter

have replaced all parts to clutch, clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, slave cylinder w/ release bearing and master cylinder.

have bled this system about 10000 times but still do not have a firm pedal, still getting air out and the release bearing is against or nearly against the pressure plate, has not moved back at all.

can get in gear only when truck not running, grinds when engine on.

any help at all would be appreciated, have used vacuum pump but still not enough
