Intermittent headlights
I spoke to a repair tech when i went to Honolulu and he recommended a new light control module turn indicator arm and light controls. I R -n-R it myself the part cost $84.00 and it worked OK for 3 days now im in the dark again and not enthusiastic about buyin annother
any body can help out?

the rest of lights controlled by the module: running lights, flasher and turnsignals still work as they did after the first episode

do you belive in spray on contact cleaners for electrical connections like these?

Yes. But also you can sometimes take a very small pick or screwdriver, and try to pry on the contact tangs so they make better contact. And make sure you use electrical contact cleaner, not something like brake cleaner. Radio Shack used to sell small cans of "TV Tuner" cleaner that works very well. But it is expensive.
If any of you guys have older trucks where the radio speaker crackles when you turn the volume ****, buy some of this stuff, take the radio face off, and spray it into the volume control while turning it back and forth. It will work like new.

I've seen it when I joined & now can't find it with searches or requests
it is for a manual off for day/headlights!
