I just installed one on my 2003 F250 SD. Turbo boost now alittle quicker with a little more turbo noise under the hood. Diesel milege increased about 3/4 to 1 more mile per gallon. I pull horse trailer, but have not pulled yet due to trailer light problem, so no comment on the additional torque. HP a little better.
