Squeaky Window

I have a 96' Ranger 3.0L V6 106,000 miles. I have manual windows and on my passenger side window, when anyone goes to role it up, it makes a loud shriel until you get it rolled all the way up. Any suggestions on how to lube the window or the workings.

If I have the right sound in mind, I'm thinking that the verticle tracks are dirty & dried up. If so, I use the silicone spray for wet ignition wires liberally.

on my 99 the driver window (power) skakes on the way down. It rolls down just it kinda hits and misses like its sticking and releasing. Is there a lubricant i can use on the window sill or something to make it go up and down smoother?
