I have a Rodesian ridgeback/chow mix thats been a great companion. My wife has a bearded dragon.

any pet owners?
My pets are all mixed breeds, except my fish. I have a Shar Pei/shepard mix who just gave birth to 6(was 7,1 died). I have kept the guys away for ever, then a boxer comes along and jumps the fence! Puppy anyone? I also have a solid black lab mix I guess. These two dogs were both strays that showed up at my house. I can't turn em away. I have a Rottie mix male who is a nut. He's crazy. Life of the party. And a hound dog mix who likes to sneak up behind people and nip them on the leg. LOOK OUT! I have 2 guinea pigs. And 3 fish.I think that's all. Just wish I could afford a horse. man, candymankim u sure have a lot of pets. alot of dog and cat owners. does any one have anything exotic? hehe. im not raggin on ne one here, i just think like igwannas are cool

I used to have a snake,I think my dog Russell is pretty weird. My husband is weird. Sometimes I'm weird. My truck is kinda weird (ugly).Do these count? If you have never had guinea pigs, they are kinda weird. They squeeeel when they hear me coming to feed them.

Hey NOMO. Thanks for your pics of Pepper and Chilli. Thank God for mutts. I am happy my dogs look like no one elses. Two of my dogs were strays. One is deathly afraid of adults. But children she will go right to. I had to use my 6 yr old son to get close to her. Now I am the only adult she will go to, and if I move too fast or bend over to pick up something she pulls her tail between her legs and hunkers down or runs away. She understands the movements of adults, she has obviously been abused. I will never hurt her, and I will never get rid of her. I will have some pics of her soon on webshots.com. Visit there if you like, my dog Russell is there. And pics of my husband's propane gas truck after a dumba** drunk ran him off the road. SCARY! My username there is candymankim1111.

Vampiro, my husband wasn't hurt bad but his back was hurt and he is scared to drive the gas truck again. Although he has no choice and has been on it for over a month now. If you like I can e-mail you pics of the drunks truck. A '84 F-150 stepside. The guy was so drunk he was gonna try to crank up and leave, even tho his truck was nose first in a ditch and had no tire on the driver side front and the rim was bent to hell. It tore up the Ford from the front bumper to the rear bumper. The entire front quarter panel was gone. Nobody ever did find the tire! I have a piece of the Ford's rear quarter panel I got from the scene. My husband is also an *** CHIEF of the volunteer fire dept. here, so he had a lot of support at the scene even though it was another dept's area. The tank of the gas truck had just been filled up by my husband-2000 gallons of propane! What a miracle it didn't go KABLOOEY!!! Watch out! The drunk is still on the loose! Tho he is having to ride with someone else, who is also a drunk. Oh boy the justice to the bad. Go figure.

vampiro, For awhile I only had a couple of Hedge Hogs. Pretty cool. I recomend them for a kids first pet, cuz if you aren't nice, they curl up in a ball, and you can't play with them.
It used to be easy going on vaction, I would just take the Hedge Hogs to work with me and a friend of mine would take them home from there to watch until I return.
Now I have to pay someone to come to my house and let the dog out twice, while feeding the others once a day.
The (nurotic) Cat won't eat while I am gone, but the bunny who likes to head butt me when I take out her dish to clean and replace with food, doesn't do that to her caretaker. I think the Cat taught her that.
Basically they are all spoiled.

my rabiit and bird is spoiled too. my rabbits 1lbs bag of food costs 8 bucks. and he'll only eat the dried veggies. we also take our pets on vacation. we took them to lake louise 2 summers ago. we put them in our 23 ft motorhome and off we wnt. they seemed to like it.
