Will I get a tracking number?
I ordered my chip about a week ago and I thought it said I'd get a tracking number when it shipped. But I haven't gotten anything yet. Will I get a UPS shipping number when it ships? Just curious.

Call the Motorhaven office at 770-806-1955. I don't handle the tracking information --- UPS should automatically mail it when we do our end of day report but seems to have a high failure rate.

I phoned Motorhaven at that number this morning. The lady said she had no record of my order. What the heck? I already ordered online a week ago and I already got a receipt and everything e-mailed to me. I just didn't get a UPS tracking number. What happened to my order? Any ideas?

On December 30th Jolene sent you an email but has not received a response.

Thank you for your order to Motorhaven.com. There is an additional custom fee for us to calibrate a chip for the tire size. The custom charge for this is xxxxxx plus the chip xxxxxxx for a total of xxxxxxx. We need to have your approval before we can proceed with this order.
This was send to the Hotmail email address you gave on the order form. The person who answered the phone is new and was not aware of Jolene's system for handling orders that we are unable to process.

OH, I see. I don't think I got that e-mail. I'll have to check and make sure I didn't get it. If I didn't, will I need to call back and confirm things? Thanks for your help.

I'd be wondering what the heck too, when I ordered my Diablo it was at my house in 3 working days.
