Rear heat/2000 EB
I have rear heat/ac controls in my 00 EB Expy. The heat/ac comes out fine from the ceiling vents, but when I select floor, nothing comes out from anywhere. Correct me if I'm wrong, but heat *should* be coming out from the small vents on the rear bottom corners of the center console (at the very least), right?
I have a warranty, and it should be covered, but if there's a simple fix, I'd rather do that than give up the truck for a day.

My XLT with 3d row seat, heats the second row from underneath the front drivers and passenger seats - check for ducts. Without 3d row heating that's how the second row is heated normally. I think 3d row heating only gives you added ceiling vents for the 2d and 3d rows and heat by the wheel wells coming out of side panels for the 3d seat - floor setting. There are heat vents (I think) on both sides of the back, even in the jack door panel. Turn the heat/fans on hi, direct the flow to floor and feel around all over the back behind the 2d seat. I'm betting you'll discover vents but maybe not where you think they should be. Another point - if the fan control above the driver isn't on, then the rear control does nothing. Alternatively, you could RTFM. Just my $.02.
