Fuel filler hose
Fuel filler hose
I have a 1995 F-150 with two tanks. I have been having issues with filling the front tank. Actually, it won't. I have the same problem as the other posts about filling with a 'trickle', perhaps a collapsed or kinked fuel filler tube.
I was wondering if there was a way to check if there is a problem with the fuel filler hose without removing the tank? Can this be replaced without removing the tank? If so, any ideas how much this will cost?
Thanks for any info.

IF your talking about the large rubber tube, then you can look under the bed side and see if it is visisbly kinked or pinched. If thhose look fine then the small plastic vent tube must be pinched. Try filling the tank by leaving the fule nossel out just a little. Don'r let the rubber seal toutch the filler. see if that helps. if it does then the vent is pluged. there should be enough room to get the filler tube off while on the truck.
