If both trucks are the same bed size and cab size (ie: extended cab and short bed ......for example) the tanks should match up. If the 93 is a short bed and the 89 is a long bed with the same cab then the front one WILL NOT FIT.
The rear tank is interchangeable. You could use a bronco tank in the rear and do away with the front tank all together. you'd also have to move your spare tire somewhere else.
Measure TWICE all dimensions each tank, make sure they are same as current and then buy.
I'm not sure on that, in 80-83 the stock Bronco tank was 25 gallons, an a 32 gallon was an option. After 1984 a second size wasn't an option, I don't know which size they stuck with. One of the Bronco owners will know. Though I actually own an 89 it's never been filled up. Bought it cheap with a bad engine, once I get an engine in it I'm sure I'll discover how much it holds pretty quick.
