Catch All Mats

Bigjack.....

Here are answers BOTH of your questions:

1) You can order the nylon carpet over molded rubber, LIFETIME warranty, Catch All Mats by Nifty Prodcuts from www.stylinconcepts.com

2) The molded rubber Weather Tech "All Weather" mats can be ordered from MacNeail Automotive Accessories at www.weathertech.com

3) These mats are DEFINITELY NOT the same!!! The Catch All mats are OEM grade nylon carpet attached to a molded rubber, non-skid, anchored backing, and they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, and cost substantially more than the Weather Tech "All Weather" mats. The Weather Tech mats are just high quality, heavy duty molded rubber mats, with a non-skid design back.....designed to contain dirt, melted snow, etc.

I have the black interior in my '04 F-150 which is really sharp as long as it is clean. When I bought my truck, the ONLY vehicle specific aftermarket mats available, were the Weather Tech rubber mats. I ordered them in black for my truck, and have really grown to hate them. They have a semi-slick, satin surface finish....and show EVERY damn little pebble, dust grain, lint, foot prints of your shoes, and....they "scuff" if you drag your foot across them, which is very easy to do as you get in and out of the truck. They look really bad within a day or two of cleaning them = HIGH MAINTENANCE and NOT for ME!!!!!!!
I dislike these mats so much that I am replacing them with the carpeted Catch All mats. Even though they will also be black, they are carpeted and will not SHOW anywhere near as much dirt as the rubber Weather Tech mats do

SORRY....I have not looked at the Catch All Extremes.....and really don't think I will as they are not carpeted, and "may" have similar problems as the ones I have had with the Weather Techs.

My truck is a Lariat and I think that a carpeted mat will look best in it

Has anyone seen the ford winter mats with f-150 stamped on them? Do they give full coverage?

I have seen EVERY front and rear floor mat that FORD makes for the new F-150.....and in my opinion......ANY and ALL of them are WAY UNDERSIZED, don't cover near enough of the carpet, and are a COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF $$$$$$$

fanman2 is exactly correct. Ford shrunk the factory floor mats to such a degree that new truck owners need to buy aftermarket mats if they care about the interior (and who doesnt in a such big buck truck??). To save manufacturing cost Ford is "decontenting" i.e. eliminating or shrinking manufacturing materials that ford hopes most buyers wont notice. I dont have any problem with that concept--the new truck costs ford an extra $1,000 to make and the truck is much heavier than the 2003. But i dont understand why they want to decontent such obvious and buyer sensitive items such as the tiny floor mats, no tach in the STX models, no underhood light in many models, etc.

My dad bought those catch all mats for his truck and he hates them...says they slide all around and he cant get the screws in the bottom to bite to the carpet. Said he would never spend that kind of money again on mats

I bought a set of huskies and they are much better than stock. But they do show dirt, but we are driving trucks.

I think I'm gonna buy the Huskies. I expect the mats to show some dirt if they get dirt on them, the main thing is to keep it off the carpet. It's much easier to take the mat out and rinse it off than trying to get black carpet clean. I live on a dirt road and have a gravel driveway so I track in dirt every time I get in. Or whats worse mud, especially this time of year.
