If you still can not find it, look on the frame rail behind the passenger side tire. It is hung there at the factory and the dealer is supose to route it up to the bumper during prep. I only know this because this is where I found mine and that was the explaination I rerceived from the dealer
I've had very easy start-ups in the past few mornings (truck outside) with temps between 10-18 degrees F with no plug-in... (not certain if I even have this option, although I should know)!

We dont plug in except when it get close to 10; then all the trucks get hooked up.
