gas mileage
ok
i just bought a 1992 F350 with a 5.8L and a C-6 trans.
the gas mileage is horrable, i went 60 miles on ahalf of tank.
i checked my fuel pressure and the regulator was bad, reading 85 psi. then after doing that i found out that the truck has a recall on that, up to 150,000 miles
is this normal gas usage for this truck
it is a bear bones no a/c truck

Also are you getting a check engine light if you are your 02 sensor is bad with that many miles i would go ahead and replace it anyway this fixed my prob and i now get 320 miles to a tank of cheap gas HOPE THIS HELPS tune up will help also
