ohhh the city...
ok so i applied for my tree removal permit for the city of eagan @ November 5-10th. suppose to be in my mailbox in 2 weeks. so i should have had it by the end of november. i just got it today. Jan. 6th. it took 2 months, not 2 weeks.
now, if i applied for it nov. 5, and november 20th i got caught by a city worker and didnt have the permit in my hands, id be fined and have to go to court over it. whats the deal with that.
i cant get ANYTHING done by the city on time when i request it, yet i have to pay my taxes on time or be fined, or i have to pay my speeding tickets on time or be jailed, how come my bills are the ONLY thing that arrives on time?? they can charge me a late fee. but i cant do nothing but sit here and rant to my fellow FTE members!
