So who makes *Mythbuster's* out to be wrong or right?
Watch the episode the next time it's on and decide for yourself. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to perform these tests. They even soaked a tooth in Coke and it didn't desolve. A lot of these are urban legends. They tested it cleaning a battery and water cleaned the battery just as well as the Coke. They soaked steaks in Coke and it did nothing.
unfortunately i drink alot of soda and i wind up drinking more coke than pepsi... now i dont know if this is another urban legend, but im hearing lately that pepsi has redesigned their cans in some kind of patriotic theme where they went and put the great Flag of this country on the can as well as likenesses of some of the great landmarks of this country on them. And for a final touch, they decided to put the "Pledge of Allegience" on the can too. The thing is in an effort to not offend the liberals and border trippers , it is alledged they left out the words " Under God" of the pledge. If this is the case, and i dont mean to start a political war here or anything, cause i know that there have been problems in the past with posts of a political nature, I not only will not EVER buy another Pepsi product, but i will not patronize any establishment that only sells pepsi products, another of my ways of bein Patriotic .
While you may or may not agree with my move or motivation or you may be for or against this alledged move by pepsico, please please dont turn this thread into something that is going to turn general discussion into a pig pen type of thing...thanks in advance
Bob
I personally like Root Beer and Dr. Pepper if I'm going to drink soda. I hardly ever do though.. I'm a water kind of girl... between coke and pepsi- I'd choose pepsi. Coke makes my mouth taste icky after drinking it.
coke is nothing more than flat pepsi to me it has much more of a bite but I am a coffee man at heart if I dont get my 10 + cups a day I get real cranky
