Trans Cooler
Hello, I just purchased a 2000 Exp. with the 5.4 L. I plan to tow my boat (4000lbs) and I want to install a trans cooler. What are the dimensions of the factory trans cooler that came with the towing package? Is there any manufacturer that makes a unit specifically for the Exp? The B&M universal unit looks good, but I would like more info and some options and your opinions.

Great idea to add the tranny cooler. Not sure about the exact dimensions. Mine came from the factory but there is space to go bigger. Here is a link for some good ideas. They also sell the fittings that you will need to adapt the new lines.
