mazda clutch bleeding problems

Hello everyone, good to see a board like this with so many helpful people! Can anyone help me? I have a 1998 2wd Mazda b2500 and the clutch, slave, and master cylinder were just replaced. The shifting is hard at best, and I have difficulty engaging the truck into gear. I took it back to my mechanic, he bled the system again but there was no change. Can anyone provide me with accurate step by step instructions as to how to bleed the line without destroying the master cylinder? This is apparently a very commom problem, and it is quite frustrating!! Thanks a lot, Hawkeye. Toronto Canada.
