no high beam

no high beam

hi all

just bought this truck 95f250 and the high beams dont seem to work. when i pull back the high beam nothing when i push it forward to lock in the high beam the tights go out compleatly.

any help please

there is a factory bulletin about it i think . but most likley is the multin function switch

factory bulletin means recall? does the multi function switch have to be replaced meaning taken off the stearing collam. is the swich easy to replace?
