I just recently installed a superlift 6in. suspension lift and I have an occasional clunk sound. It seems to be coming directly under my feet but the only thing there to rub is the sway bar bracket on the leaf pack and I eliminated that already... Any suggestions would help. Thanks 02 F-250SD 4X4
I have heard this before with my truck. I have read a few people say they have had their dealers retorque the track bar and this fixes the problem, but maybe someone else could shed some different info...

How do you like the ride of the Superlift? I was thinking of going with the 6" in the near future. Also, what size of tires and wheels are you running.

Hey Enelson, the lift is good. It has the height I was looking for. Little bouncy at highway speeds but the roads arent the greatest. I'm running 315/75/r16 X-terrains on 16x10 Mickey Thompson classic ll. I got the lift from ntw online had some U-bolt problems other than that everything fit great. Had to get some bushwackers also tires stuck out just under 2inches. Wanted to play it safe...
When specifically do you hear the clunk? Turning?Highway? If it's on the turns, then your track bar is fo' sho' loose. If it's just whenever, or maybe when you hit a bump, I would check your u-bolts. I recently swapped some springs and had a clunk . The u-bolts were a hair loose and the springs were moving when I hit a bump.
