Exhaust Back Pressure Valve disable

My dad owns a 2000-01 PSD Automatic and he would like to find an easy way of disabling the fast warm up EBPV. Is there a wire or a linkage the can be removed and not cause the PCM to go nuts? Any help would be much appreciated.

At the base of the turbo, in front, there's a two wire harness. Disconnect that, and let 'er rip.
