Hi Danny,

I would say yes.
My Diesel repair manual makes no diffrence between 6.9 ltr and 7.3 ltr.

So the 6.9 and 7.3IDI is the same as the 7.3DI or PS?

I can say for sure the 6.9 and 7.3 IDI are identical. I just did that change and everything off one worked on the other engine.

Since the same transmissions were in 7.3 IDI and powerstroke trucks I would think that the bell housing bolt holes will work. It is just everything else that is different. I never checked the motor mount locations.
