anybody heard that NJ wants to make you keep the tire size on your car or truck the same as whats listed on your stricker on your door? A tire salesman told me this when I tried to buy bigger tires for my truck.
I also havn't heard this but it does not suprise me. The legal world keeps tightening its grip on everything. They are probably worried about incorrect installations coming back on the state government for not enforcing stock equipment per the vehicle manufacturer. If the major manufacturers don't support this they open themselves up to further litigation down the road do to equipment they never designed or tested on their vehicles.
ohio passed a law requiring license plates with red letters for drunken drivers, once they get license again of of course......seems crazy im still undecided if i like it or not, or if i just dont care
Its not in my state yet, but mayhaps I would qualify if they use previous convictions, im glad I dont drink anymore, six years later and I could never imagine drinking like I did then, seems so rediculous and petty...........glad to be a better more responsible citizen
I like the red lettering on plates of drunk drivers. What if they drive someone else's rig? Maybe a tatoo on the forehead. If everyone knew the penalty before they did the crime, there shouldn't be any problem. The costs of drunk driving in this country are astronomical. Everybody nationwide should be able to inspect the plates of a convicted drunk driver.
