They sell oil and refuse . . . they are breaking the law. Your state regulatory agency and better business bureau should kick their but. Also the corporate head quarters. Mail the darn stuff to the CEO. . .that will get their attention,
Plus, find someone that will work with you and patronize them and wage a boycott war on the jerks.

Every one starts dumping oil in the weeds it will show up in the tap, fish kills, mystery cancer . . . in 10 years you won't be able to by oil over the counter. Have to go to Al Gore Quick Oil Take All Your Money Service Center.

Leave it by there front door two hours before they open, they will take care of it without any comments.
