Fuel pump NOISE
High pressure fuel pump issue. The one I had in was only a year old and was loud from the start and got louder as time went on. Just had a new pump installed today and it is just as loud. The old pump was a cheap one and this new one was expensive. The noise is incredibly annoying and can be heard loud and clear in the cab. Is there any way to make this noise stop? Is there something esle causing the problem that would make the pump run that loud? Any help here is appreciated. I really mad cause I didn't need to spend all this money.

Just thought I'd add a little info to what I already have up. The original pump ran quiet until I had the engine overhauled. Then, for some reason, it ran loud. The second pump was loud and so is the new one.
I've been wracking my brain over this and I can't figure it out. Also, I put a new fuel pressure regulator in before the second pump and that didn't make a difference.
