Solid Mounted vs. Flex

I have a stack mounted to my box, and I'm sick of the flex pipe constantly rusting out so I was thinking of having a peice of pipe bent to fit between my glasspack and stack. What would happen if I did this with no flex in the exhaust system?

You don't want your exhaust to move..... You can opt to go with stainless flex, but it'll still wear out over time.
