F250SD Brake Problems

I have a 2001 F250 SD with 40,000 miles on it. I have had the rotors turned once at 30,000 miles and then they were replaced by FORD at 35,000. Now the truck pulls to the left and the pedal and steering wheel shake. I'm about to get my 40,000 mile service done.

Has anyone had the same problem, or make any sugestions what to ask the service guys to check?
